New to this company, placed an order in July, and one in August. Both times for the 10 pack of strawberry banana BC5000. The first package had two duds. I left a note when I ordered it again hoping to hear back from the company, but I did not. The second order had one dud in it. Getting ready to place my third order, really hoping that this does not happen again. Order process is super easy, and shipping as fast.

They get your orders out fast and their vapes are always good and they have plenty of selections

My experience with Elf Bar Vapes has been good, except for that one vape not working. Other than that I'm happy with the vapes and will recommend this site to my friends
