My package ended up thousands of km's from where it should have - my house - and hasn't been seen to date (almost a month later). But the team at Eleven followed up for me and as it is a mystery what has happened (lost in the mail it seems), the Eleven team compensated me very adequately. I have ordered from Eleven for at least 3 years, multiple times a year - this is the first postage hiccup - usually receive the product within 3-5 days.

Not a fan . I have tried different eleven product and this I could repurchase. That one does not suit for my hair type at all They look dry and frizzy still plus too strong smell Waste of money
