I have been using another brand of numbing cream for over a year. Recently, they changed their formula and the product is useless. After scouring the internet and calling all over the country, I came across Element Tattoo Supply and had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Bobby. Bobby was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk with me about his product. Finally, I found someone who knew what they were talking about! I bought one tube to test it on my next appointment. WOW! This is EXACTLY the stuff I was looking for. It worked like a champ, but you have to prep properly. At minimum, I start TWO HOURS prior to my appointment. I take a hot shower and exfoliate the area. I spread a thick layer of the cream over the area and cover it in SaranWrap. If it is a large area, I use strips. I leave the area(s) covered until it is time to begin. This stuff was effective from 11a to 8p on all areas! I just bought 24 tubes! Thank you, Element, Bobby and staff! Y'all and your product ROCK!!
