Yeah I can pretty much count on Element vape to get me my product I just wish they would just price it with the shipping in it. I can tell you this that smok and their mag solos those things are terrible they're great to vape on but they only work for so long and I've had problems with two Meg solos in the last 7 months One finally start working again and the new one it quit just like the other one. That is not Element vape's fault. The support is supposed to be in North Carolina or South Carolina the but phone number doesn't work, it's disconnected. I've put in the cumbersome way to get support from smoke tech and I've heard nothing can't get a hold of them and it's just ridiculous process they make you submit. I recommend that you don't buy any smoke tech products, You're gambling. I'd like to suggest to Element vape that they investigate smoke tech and find out what's problem is and discontinue carrying their products if they're not going to back them.
