Support has been very responsive to an out of the box issue but still working on resolving problem. Really wish it would be possible to just be able to pick up the phone and talk with someone in support instead of emailing, texting or setting up a consult.

Great service and very helpful! We converted a Co-Motion Java Tandem. Installing motor, battery, and controllers easy peasey. A single bike conversion may take an hour. Complexities of tandem are related to timing belt (chain). Mark was greatly helpful, and along wit information from e-tandem chat groups and Facebook e-tandem groups got the conversion accross the finish line, and was able to maintain the Gates Timing Belt!
