My daughter-in-law wanted one of your necklaces and it was sold out and she was so in love with it and I don't know how you did it but after many emails to you, I got the necklace! And then to top it off, it showed earrings and a bracelet to go with it and I thought I have to get all three! All three were absolutely beautiful! Very good quality and I got them for a good price! Shipping and everything was fine. I was so pleased your Customer Service people went above and beyond to get me one of those necklaces that was sold I don't know where they found it, but my daughter-in-law was so happy! I'd even told her I'm so sorry it was sold out and to give me another idea. I didn't tell her I had actually gotten it so you can imagine the look on her face at Christmas! All three pieces were gorgeous. I'm looking for a necklace for myself now! You went above and beyond for me thank you so much! You have gained another extremely happy customer!!! Thank you!
