Beautiful necklace! I originally ordered it in silver, but wanted to exchange it for the gold. The exchange process was quick and simple. They sent me a gold necklace that actually was stolen in transit. My package was empty when received. I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped me another gold one. Excellent customer service!
