I ordered this for my sister Lisa's birthday. She's planning on making the mac and cheese for dinner this weekend.

I buy there Chocolate Almond Coffee Cakes because they’re delicious! This time I also ordered the pumpkin loaf cakes and they were great also! The food comes in a thick styrofoam container with ice packs! I think that’s awesome for the price! I don’t normally write reviews but Eichtens was worth it.

I tried the velvet bees honey butter from an amish market and loved it so I decided to order it from this website for my mom but USPS arrived over a week late which made it inedible for her. I really wanted her to try it but I understand it's not the fault of Eichtens and and issue with USPS. I may try to order again another time or just stock up in person at the amish market whenever I can make it there again.

From our daughter( deployed now to Kuwait) to sons-in-laws and grandsons and a spouse, Eichtens continues to send their cheese since 1992. We first toured their farm in the late 1970’s near Taylor’s Falls while camping at William, O’Brian State Park, with eight children and a sheepdog! Humble beginnings for a great family business.

The online shopping is very easy and I love all the choices. Now that I have been having my orders delivered for the past three years, I have my favorites but new options continue to intrigue me. All the gouda choices are wonderful and the bison brats are a special treat.
