Could not be happier with my purchase. Was able to get an American made case with custom graphics. Sent them a picture of what I wanted and came exactly how I sent it. Was very quick considering the customization and intricate design. I know I am not going to have to buy another one for a long time because of the quality but will definitely buy from again when the time comes!

Love this case and the durability it has. This is my second case from ego tactical (2 different phones) and i love there products.

I bought the thin blue line Punisher case for my new Samsung Galaxy S20+ and I am very pleased with the quality! I looked around and had a hard time finding a case that I like, but now that I found it, I couldn't be happier with it ... and the fact that they use good name brand cases is even better! I will definitely buy from here again!

First off, I love my phone case now that I got it. Customer service was good at replying. When I ordered I got an auto email a few hours later saying it was done and would be shipped the next day. It wasnt. 5 days later still no tracking so I messaged them. Apparently they were out of the case and the shipment was delayed. So I messaged them a few days later (a day after they were supposed to get them) and they were delayed again. They did expedite my shipping for free, I was moving across country and needed it ASAP). Finally got it and went to put the screen protector I ordered as well and it didn't fit. Apparently they got them wholesale from Amazon and they weren't the right size so they refunded me for those.

The best stuff. Durable and protective as hell.
