QV moisturisers and cleansers are superb, what a shame the customer service at Egoshop is not that good. I wrote an email to them a while ago about the $10 coupon that they gave me but I couldn't use. Still no response. I said it before and I said again the products are superb, but the customer service not so good.

On website, Account setting has place for billing address and another for billing address then combines them so it is impossible for Aus post to only have one address so product does not get delivered. Pointless having a place for a billing address and another place for delivery address if you can't use them properly.
