My order for hair shampoo hasn't been delivered yet Following the completion of my order, I received information that you would receive your order on 11 November. I repeatedly emailed Royal Mail as well as EF Skin without any response.

Poor, consultant didn’t know anything about the dry skin condition I had. I had to tell her the name and the ingredients in cream that my GP had recomended as it was a cosmetic issue. How can your consultants not know.
