I have a chronic illness and cPTSD and was introduced to CBD by my naturopathic doctor in California to relieve pain and anxiety. The use of Optimal Every Day CBD oil has decreased my level of pain making improving my quality of life.

I ordered the gummy CBD products to help with sleep. I wake up often in the night, and have a hard time falling back to sleep. I have only been using one15 gram gummy a night for two weeks and I am sleeping better. I am also hoping it will help with arthritis in my knees. If anyone has used it for depression let me know what is the amount and you would use that would be equivalent to 20 mg of Prozac.

The product is more effective than the last brand I tried. I use it for chronic pain and to help me sleep. Every Day Optimal is more effective, but also costs twice as much. I guess that's the price of a good night's sleep.

I was previously using hemp oil and it only work for one hour. I start using this oil and I have a use it every 8 hours one to two squirts under the tongue. I got the 2000mg version and it works great it takes the pain out of the back and out of the legs I will buy it in this from now on every month.

After researching CBD oil for some time, I decided to jump in with the Every Day Optimal CBD Oil Tincture (300mg). My main reasons for trying CBD oil were for 1) its ability to reduce inflammation, 2) increase quality sleep, and 3) reduce stress. I have been taking the tincture first thing in the morning and right before bed. Immediately, I began (and have continued) to get a much better night of sleep. Instances of waking up multiple times through the night have been greatly reduced. The jury on reduction in inflammation (lower back, shoulder) is still out. I will continue to use the tincture for a few more months before determining what positive effects are happening there. Overall stress relief has been noticeable. Taking the tincture prior to heading off to work in the morning, I have definitely noticed that I start my day in a more level, relaxed state. All in all, I have been happy with the product and will continue to use it. Next step is to begin the research for other CBD products that can further enhance the positive results that I have experienced so far.
