Great exchange process. I only wish I was allowed to select the size I wanted to exchange for, instead of only being allowed one size up. This caused me to have to exchange the same items twice.

very nice, everything fit well. packaging was super cute. quality was good. the website was also easy to find things on and they had a good selection.

It was Christmas presents for my daughter and I waited until only a couple weeks to Christmas but her selections were there and her sizes. My only mistake was that I didn't pay for expedited, so it ended up shipping afterwards. But at least they had her stuff.
