Thanks for the excellent fast service! The auger motor in our pellet boiler broke down over the weekend and I ordered a replacement from ecospares. It was despatched on the Monday and arrived on the Tuesday. I was able to replace it just before snow arrived!

Fantastic service from Tim After having a conversation about the parts I needed items were sent and received quickly Thanks Tim

On time, well packaged up .

I phoned Ecospares on a Saturday afternoon not really expecting anything, certainly not someone to actually answer the phone. Tim did answer and despite me not being a current customer and living at the other end of the country, he went to a great deal of trouble to try and resolve the serious issue I was having with my EkoGren boiler. We haven't got there yet, but I am certainly a good deal further forward, so thank you Tim. Great service.

Great job

First class service and prompt delivery.

very good thank you

They were very helpful on the phone and pointed me in the right direction for which part I needed, and got it the next day

Ideal - fast delivery and excellent advice

I've been using Eco Spares for a while and they've been fantastic. As a biomass engineer it makes the job so much more efficient for myself and my customers having biomass spares all on one site! A*****

I have used eco spares several times . Parts were competitively priced , the ordering process simple and delivery was quick and efficient. What really stands out is the advice I received with regards not only knowledge of the products being sold , but also what the problem with my biomass boiler may have been in the first place. I am so grateful for all the help I received- thank you- it was beyond what I would have expected.
