Once again ecospares were able to provide the spare parts for my biomass boiler. The part was ordered one day and arrived the next - thank you. Postage seemed a little expensive at over £19 and a cheaper alternative was not available. Next day delivery is ideal for parts required in an emergency, but on this occasion there was no immediate requirement for the spare and a cheaper alternative postage option would have been appreciated.

Replacement PCB (control module) for Duroflame Rembrand T2 pellet stove.
Very prompt secure delivery with excellent technical advice & back up from Tim Gourley. Sent me parameter data to customise module to my stove and backed it up with hints and tips so in putting of data was straightforward and trouble free. Just got to wait till weather gets cold now to see if it all works!! Many thanks.

Spare igniter
Looked for a replacement igniter for an obsolete (but otherwise fine) pellet boiler. Found it here at a reasonable price, order process was efficient and no stupid nonesense about posting to N Ireland. Arrived 2 days later and my boiler is now up and running. Great service.
