Still haven’t received product

We used the water softener to fill out Jacuzzi and it was perfect! It was very easy to use, and made out water soft!!! We even used a water tester to ensure the water was soft and it was!

The product came in a box. The shell cleaner was leaking half of it was gone soaked into the box when I got it and they’re sending me a new one out thank you.

Your product is amazing

The aroma is perfect! Just the functionality is a fail. The pump gets stuck after each use. Have to manually pull out to return to original state in order to pump another shot
