I was excited for my wife to open this for Christmas but she found a damaged diffuser with a cracked base. It still works but I hope that it will be replaced since it shouldn’t look like this I’m guessing. All the oils were really nice and my wife loves it. I would definitely have given 5 stars if the damage wasn’t there

Unfortunately, this one arrived with noticeable defects: missing or pulled threads/loops in the textured exfoliating surface, creating uneven gaps and loose strands.
