My first purchase was 5 lb bag it was defective so I just took pics n sent it in and the response went to spam n didn't know so I tossed them as a lesson learned. Later on received a email doing a follow up n I explained my side they did theirs next thing I received a new order n was not expecting this kinda of response. I will render again for sure and my dogs love them n they last. Small chunk put in microwave for a few seconds n dogs will love it
