The knickers I purchased are beautifully made, and the materials are high quality. I did recieve one pair that was a size up from what I ordered, but it turned out that I was happier with the fit for the size up. I suppose it's obvious, but my advice to future customers would be to size up if they're chasing more ruffles in the ruffle knickers. Because, that's how elastic works, right :) I guess I expected that the size suggested would give that look, but, that's the game you play buying online - sometimes it's hard to predict a fit even if more than enough sizing information is provided - as is the case with Eco Intimates! Overall, I was satisfied with the product and the service.

I discovered Eco Intimates advertising in Peppermint Magazine, I was having trouble finding cotton bras so that is what got my attention. The customer service I received from Madonna was outstanding and I highly recommend Eco Intimates to everyone.
