Wonderful customer service. You don’t find companies that care about your business very much any more. But, Echo has very friendly and caring people. Some of my scarves were missing from my order and they got on it right away and even expedited my shipment. They were very apologetic and really seemed to care. Love all of the scarves I’ve purchased so far. I usually don’t take time to right reviews, but I feel they deserve a 5 star rating!

Scarf is beautiful. Shipping from NJ to RI was ridiculous. Package first traveled to four cities in NJ, then to Jacksonville, FL, then back to NJ, then finally to RI. Might want to consider a service other than the USPS.

I think this is actually the fourth pair of “pop top” gloves I bought from you? I hope you bring back the leather gloves someday (but without the zippers, those were unpleasant). Should sell these to bicycle shops, and carry men’s sizes! (fortunately I have delicate lady sized hands)
