I always look forward to receiving my ECB order. It makes life easier by saving so much time and it makes me feel good knowing I'm putting quality food into my body and my money is going to a good company.

Eat Clean Bro does everything right.

ECB has been a staple for me for this year. Makes my life so much easier and now i can enjoy my meals for once. One of the best decisions I made was utilizing this company.

I love it I've lost over 20 lb with it The meals are all fantastic. Some of it is preference I like I don't need fish at all but they're pancakes I have every single morning I use it as a snack if I need it a night the amount of protein that is provided is amazing in all of the meals The macros are phenomenal And calorically I can have like three of them in a day and still have some room for snacks later I would always suggest this I love it

Love the options and hope a few more are added in the future. This meal service is a tad more expensive than others I have used. Although those were more subscription based and I had not tried the subscription here yet. Wanted to try the food first. Would certainly try a meal plan here when needed. Shipping is a little rough for me. Company used to ship here is not what is listed when I place my order. Their tracking number doesn’t show up on their website through the link provided by Eat Clean Bro. I usually get an email a day later from delivery from Eat Clean Bro saying it was delivered. Thankfully I can keep an eye out to make sure it was delivered and get the meals inside before they warm up.

The steak was good and after heating it up was cooked how I like it as well as being a big portion of protein. The string beans were good but I was hoping for more potatoes. And normally I like more seasoning and flavor on my potatoes but I completely understand that you guys have to keep things like sodium levels, calories and potential allergies in mind. But all in all it was a good meal but unfortunately not one of my favorites due to my tastes. Thank you for asking for my opinion on the Frankie Edgar.

I have tried a variety of microwaveable, ready-to-eat meals, and Eat Clean Bro's are by far the best bang for your buck. The array of available meals is diverse, the ingredients are quality, portions are filling, and the taste is restaurant-tier at home (or on the go). I find the meals generally stay good to eat for about a week after receiving.

someone gave me a couple of these meals an after that i had to order so delish. . . keeps me on track with my diet meals.

Food is delicious, great portions, and helps me keep on track during busy weeks. One of my favorites for sure! My biggest issue with meal prep services is how much sodium they put in just to preserve it or make it taste better. I haven't had that issue here. I also love how convenient they make everything. You don't have to subscribe to even check out the menu and you can order or pick up pretty much whenever. Def recommend!
