Shopping experience (UI) and shopping were great. I don’t know if it’s because I am not relocking the detangling spray, but for some reason the top part with the trigger seems really loose and so my hands feel like they slip or the spray part doesn’t feel as effective. Will keep using, thank you!

idk what kinda magic is in this detangle kit but this stuff goes haaaard. seriously the best stuff i've ever used. my hair is constantly in knots and this untangles it in one brush. It has a nice refreshing lemony smell to it. & love that it's reef safe. the bottle can be a bit hard to squeeze at times, but other than that i'm going to be using this for life.

Khalyla, First of all big fan and that's why I purchased your product. I like how product smells and I like how it comes in a spray bottle. I bought the detangling spray because it also said it would take away the frizz. I have tried the spray several times and I still have the frizz. This product does not work in my hair. My hair is curly to wavy. But I do like the name Ebb and that you were inspired by the ocean. I do appreciate I received my product in the mail, sooner than later. Sincerely, Monica Palacios
