It’s unbelievable that the company could not “fix” their return system for more than two weeks. I purchased a Sponge On Make Up, but the sponge is missing. I have called twice to ask if they can just send me the sponge, but they said that the only way to fix it is to return and refund. The point is they said that their return system has been down. It has been two weeks, they still haven’t emailed me the return label. For a sizable company, this is not an acceptable excuse!
