Ripped off. Box had promo sticker for $41 but I was charged $55. Called E A's "unhelpful" customer service and was told "too bad for you!!"

Poor shipping method took almost a month to receive!! I had to put in extra shipping methods to know when it would arrive. Left at my door when I was not home. Other then that I would think about where and when to buy the product. Been using for over 10 years

I had an allergic reaction to the Prevage Multi-Restorative Day Cream . I am disappointed that the anti-aging moisture cream wasn't available. I spent a lot of money for nothing.
