Good food and it takes the guess work out of meal prep and meals for a single person such as myself.

For microwave meals they really are good. I’ve been doing them for a couple months now and the only complaint I have is the meals don’t switch up often enough, especially if you get them every week. Other than that it’s so good. Especially the garlic steak, it’s my favorite. They help me out with working overnight and not having enough time to cook. Highly recommend
