Wrong items delivered nothing from customer service

Slight delay in my order being dispatched but i was given options, including substitutions / or refund. It was 100% worth the wait and the substitution is now my new fave 😋

Website easy to navigate. Shipping time and quality of packaging is great. One thing I'd like to see is a lead time for items that are sold out. Currently sat on my hands waiting for 2 products to become available again.
