We may be coming to the end - only a few things are really good and too few choices so we have to repeat the few we like too soon and or too often. Hard for you on starting up to have lots of choices, I know. We may decided to order multiples of the few we like and keep them frozen to fit in the rotation occasionally. We'll see. Sorry. Great concept, hard to pull it off, particularly at the beginning - to have really high level choices with variety. Also someone is going too heavy with the heat heat/spice, though of course opinions on that can differ. Any way to poll and then offer a proportional number with and without high spicing

The best frozen meals you can have in your freezer. I only wish that they always had all of my favorites, but things rotate in and out over the year. A lot of wonderful vegetarian offerings and things from a range of global cuisines. Shipping communications are good and everything comes well-packed and solidly frozen.

Overall we were disappointed with the food. The portions are small for two people and nearly every dish lacked any culinary punch. We added spices and ingredients to most dishes to bring them up to something better,

Service and shipping both good but the overall consistency of quality is slipping and the prices are rising

I'm sure you share that worry - good luck on it.

Shipping was fine but the new packaging sucks. And customer service has been terrible – I had to email twice and then comment on their instagram before I got a response, and so far they are refusing to give me a refund for an inedible product even though I am a longtime customer.
