Was worried about how long it would take to get the box into Canada but was pretty speedy and was about a week from the time I ordered until it arrived.

I ordered a single box for my 4 year old niece as a trial before I committed to a subscription. At the suggestion of the company I went with Japan, because in the pictures it had several sauces and packets for her to open (she loves that part of cooking). When I checked in with my sister about the box, she told me there were no packets, only a few sauces. I understand that this was a past box, but its disappointing when the pictures don't match what actually comes in the box. I'm still interested in trying this month's box (Kenya). Hopefully it will be complete, and my niece can get the full experience.

We weren't too happy to recieve a General Tso's recipe because it was something we felt most people have already tried and because the sauce packet was ripped open and spilled in the box. The other two recipes were a lot of fun though. We don't eat any tofu in the house usually and we loved cooking with it. We can't wait for our next box!

Easy to choose your next cooking box from a well organised website! We love the excitement of receiving packages in the mail. My 11 year old is enjoying Greek recipes - the box is compact, full of information; ingredients, sticker, recipe cards, interesting facts and a bonus item. My son loves the recipes and I love that he is getting to try new foods and spices while learning about another culture. Shipping does take awhile but when I reached out to them they were very courteous and responsive, even though it was out of their control at that point.

We have enjoyed the Asian studies we received in the past. However Mexico left A bit to be desired. There is such a rich history that could be explored from our neighbors to the south that I will have to dig a bit deeper myself. The information and recipes fell a bit short... was expecting more than tacos and guacamole but we will Supplement and look forward to the next country.
