I placed an order during July 5th weekend after reading an email saying they would be closed but that orders would go out on July 5-6. I found that I ordered one of the cups in the wrong color. Sent an email that I knew would go unanswered until at the earliest July 4. I got a response the Dane day I sent the email even though they were closed and to top it off I was told that I was no problem to make the change. I will be a customer forever.
