Very pleased with the patio heater. All the parts were there and they fit together perfectly. Whoever wrote the manual should get the Nobel Prize for writing the best manual I have ever seen. If only you could write the manual for all products produced in the world. Thanks!

Shipping was okay, went via Fed-X and they seemed to have trouble reporting progress on the shipment. The unit appears well built, waterproof (using it in light rain right now), and was packed so tight I don't think anything could shift during transit.
