We somehow lost the cap seal on one of our Earthwell mugs. Contacted the company and they sent 2 replacements for free. What great personal service in this impersonal world!!

I’ve had the 16 oz Roaster for more than 2 years and have used it a lot. Still looks good and keeps my coffee hot for several hours. Recently I lost the o-ring in the top. I emailed customer service, wanting to buy a replacement o-ring. The next day Martha emailed me, saying they had me covered. I received the replacement 4 days later. I knew that the product is very good. Now I know that the customer service is also very good. Thanks Martha

I bought an earthwell just under 1L water bottle about 2 weeks ago. It's a beautiful bottle, but it doesn't work as claimed. It claims to keep hot drinks hot for up to 20 hours. The claim is dubious from the start as the cap becomes noticably warm when the bottle is filled with hot water. It is obvious that if one can feel heat, then that is an indication that heat is escaping. Several times now, I've filled the bottle with water that was at a full rolling boil before bed only to have it be tepid by morning. I sleep a normal amount, not 20 hours. This is my third thermos water bottle. The first one was a hydroflask vacuum bottle also with just under 1L capacity. Sadly I lost it, but it kept water uncomfortably hot to drink through a snow storm while hanging on the outside of my pack for 8 hours. The second one was a no name knock off that I bought for $15usd in Kathmandu. It functioned superbly but the cap tether eventually broke. Neither one of these had a cap that felt warm to the touch when filled with hot water. This Earthwell bottle is a waste of money. I feel cheated.

Working in construction I have to go from job site to job site, constantly in and out of my truck. About a year ago I had left my thermos on the side of my work truck and it rode with me until somebody cut me off. It went flying into the road and as I pulled over to grab it a semi hit it, I noticed no coffee was spilled and I'm still using it to this day.

A great bottle for preserving the temperature of either cold or hot drinks. Love the size as it fits both my courier bags (I have two) and my backpack (or rucksack, if you prefer).

Just an overall great product. Keeps drinks cold/hot for long periods of time. Exterior finish feels great in the hand which makes it resistant to slipping out of your hand. Overall very strudy and durable. Lifetime warranty provides great reassurance.

Love the quality & style of the Roaster Bottle. I purchased this from a local coffee shop and the etching has unbelievable detail. I wouldn’t consider myself an outdoorsman but this fits all my needs & style. Loved them so much, I spoke with customer service about possibly ordering in bulk so I could send to all my friends & family. They were very friendly & helpful.

I love the style of your product of water bottle that great color, the design of tab with wood. Just a bit considering the performance of sealing to compare with another water bottle made by another company due to the difference of design of sealing. When put ices into the bottle, seems easier to get melt the ice to compare with another product by competitor.

Within our family we have and use numerous Earthwell thermos bottles. Great product for keeping liquids hot or cold on the go. I recently contacted Earthwell with a request for new bottle components...customer service was prompt and friendly, couldn't have asked for better service!

I had been looking for the perfect totable cup for a very long time--one that had some kind of handle or holder but not a full sized side one, one where I didn't have to remove the lid in order to drink, one that didn't leak, and one that kept my drink hot for more than 30 minutes. After a few months of loving the cup, it started leaking. I contacted the company and they quickly determined that the rubber gasket had fallen out. I normally hand wash the cup but it had recently been in the dishwasher. They sent me two replacement gaskets. I cannot see ever using another cup. Highly recommended!!

The gasket ring kept falling out and they sent me a new cap and ring. Great customer service
