When I place an order u ship it out immediately and it comes bundled in adorable tissue with a sample and all tied up with a piece of roping (I am going blank- I can’t think of what it’s called ). Also I had a dropper brake and was sent another with no questions asked ! Now that’s customer satisfaction

And I have loved how the packaging in the shipment has shifted to all plastic free and I re-use all the materials for this reason too. The shipping is also quick and tucked in safely! I love the concentration on re-fill options for locals (or potential travels to just refill your earthtonics wares!) and the tree planting program, eco-conscious companies are key for my purchasing choice.
