Warm and calming. I wear these to bed every night. Life changing, helps me sleep better and feel better. More Pros: *I love how the cords are long enough to walk around the room. *arm bands allow you to move, unlike a mat which is stationary and would fall off. Cons: 2 cords can get tangled with each other when wearing 2 arm bands. But I wear both anyway. Worth the effort!
