Great experience, item arrived as expected

Issue with bungee cords not delivered was resolved by Isabel after filling in the form. Chat didn't seem to be working on the sight but email response to the customer form was quick enough and they sent out the missing part following this.

Kept informed as much as possible

Using it exclusively outside into a net. Occasionally misses club data which I have raised with SG. For the money and metrics covered, ease of setup and range of options to play I think it’s currently unbeatable.

Easy transaction. . fast shipping.

This was the second order I’ve placed with SimSpace and can verify that I’ve never had any issues. Quick responses to any of my questions and always provided updates on delivery times for my orders. Based on my positive experiences I’ll continue to order from them in the future.

Really good Experience both times ordering from SimSpace

Shipping was very fast getting to me in the US.

Loving the new Square Golf Omni! Took a long time rider but when it was ready, SimSpace came through with reliable delivery.

Very fast service. 😊

Superb Service

Everything arrived on time and in great condition. Set up was mostly straight forward. No instructions for the impact screen addition to the net set up so was a little tricky. Quality products.

Works exactly as marketed - mat behavior is as close as real turf interaction to punish mishits, great for practice

Perfect, great product
