I've been taking E3AFA and BlueMajik capsules a few years now. This is high end quality stuff and has a strong reddish colour. Being out in the hot afternoon sun a few times and as yet not got burnt. Normally get a bit red if I'm out for too long in the sun as I'm fair skinned. I only take around 4mg most days. Also I avoid seed oils cos they're highly prone to skin oxidation via sunlight
