Being one person who needed advice with a personally owned machine I wasn't hopeful I could get someone to help me. I couldn't have been more wrong. Mark Tirebuck went out of his way to assist me, even though, he didn't know me and I wasn't going to be a long-term customer and I am not in the industry.
