Congratulations to the crew at dwarf lab you made Astronomy available to all, the telescope is so wasy to use and very compact you can basically take anywhere. The images you get from this small telesope look amazing, I am so happy with it.

The model I have received
The model I have received is almost impossible to focus on a star in either manual or auto mode. The software is still somewhat buggy and some on screen information very difficult to read. One night I spent 45 minutes trying unsuccessfully to focus on a star. On writing to complain I received a letter that was suited more for a ten year old rather than for someone who owns and uses some 5 sophisticated telescopes. So I have 500 pound telescope that cannot be focused so a total waste. Very disappointing.

Great Service
When I had ordered my Dwarf II, they were still fulfilling some back orders and I was told that mine Dwarf would take about 30-45 days to reach, I must say that on the 42nd day, I had my Dwarf II Smart Telescope. Excellent Service

Shocked and amazed!!
I received my Dwarf II first week in June 2023, very fast shipping in an excellent box. Packaging is first rate. I really did not expect much from the device considering the small size of the optics. Just a toy that might be used rarely. Of course clouds and bad weather prevented testing for a few days. My first time out with the scope was just a brief get to know you session and the results were not great. All issues were operator errors and learning for me. Second time out, I carefully leveled the scope and the results were WOW! I can't believe this! The images are absolutely jaw dropping for a small scope. Just a little touch up, in my case I used Paint Shop Pro, and the images POP! I didn't re stack the images, just used the stacked png image directly out of the scope. Fantastic, more stars than you would want to count. In all my years with telescopes 10 to 20 times larger in both size and price, I have never seen results of this quality in just 25 minutes and with almost NO effort! I was speechless when I first saw the stacked image on my tablet's screen. This is a perfect device for first time users on up to seasoned vets. Why look at a fuzzy blob thru an eyepiece? Instead, sit back, enjoy the evening for 25 minutes, get the results and tell your friends you have a secret connection with NASA. It's not the Hubble, but you can get exciting images from just about anywhere. Thanks DwarfLab for creating an automated (I love automated astronomy), very easy to use great fun device.

For sure a good thing
I'm really satisfied, Dwarf is a good choice for fast and inexpensive astrophotography I can only recomend it for beginners but also some expert can take out some really nice results. My 8 inch SCT is still in pause mode. i'ts amazing to take the colors of a full moon. Dont'esitate buy it!

I'm blown away!
I've been an amateur astronomer since 1969. I previously used a 4.25" and 10" Newtonian scopes. The Dwarf 2 helps me see objects I've never seen in my other scopes or I see objects I used to see much better than I ever did. This is basically a toy sized 1" F/4 scope! The GOTO is quick! The database can be much larger. I started entering coordinates manually for objects that are not in the database. Unfortunately, D2 doesn't save the coordinates. That would be a nice feature to add. For now my manual objects are scribbled on a sheet of paper. I will add them to a database.
