I have not received my order despite my credit card being charged. I have emailed about this three times now and have not heard back at all. Somewhat insulting to get this request for my feedback when I have nothing to show for what I paid. We've ordered from Duvin multiple times before and have been happy every time. Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about my experience this time around. Would love a response about our order. Thank you!

All the fun and style of workwear pants but with a little more lightness and comfort. Ordered size 32 which is my normal size at 5’11 175 . Tried 30s but too snug in waist

Customer service is 10/10! Had an issue with an item being out of stock and they reached out personally and offered to replace or refund.

Woman/non-binary. 35, 137lbs. waist 30in, thigh 41in. thick thighs unite. quick shipping, arrived before I thought it would. really soft on. Didn’t really need a break in period. When washed on cold and dried for about ten minutes in delicates just to get the “fuzz” off didn’t change the shape of fit one bit. So glad I finally, finally purchased them. I was on the fence and man was that unnecessary.

These are the most comfortable shirts I’ve ever worn in the Florida heat. They are perfection.

Everything was fine except I wish there were better shipping notifications than having to go through PayPal.

Duvin were all the way with me through wrong size choices, stolen goods and what not.

Love the clothes, material is light and airy and the fit is good a loose so you don’t feel restricted at all. Super comfy. The sale section has a good selection. Shipping is average paced. All the clothes feel like they are durable.

I received my order and was unsatisfied. I then followed the prompts on the website for help and customer service. Sent an email to support@duvindesign.com on 7/17 explaining my issue in detail and provide photos. Never got a response. Sent a follow up email on 7/20 asking for an update and provided more photos and still didn’t get a reply. On 7/22 I received an email to rate to leave a review even though my issue had never been resolved or acknowledged. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I love the way it fits and how I look in it. I’m 140 with a more muscular body so I ordered a medium and absolutely love the way it looks. I feel great in it! They were super kind and sent me a cute cap as a little gift.

Placed order Jun 28, 2026. Still haven’t received shipping details. Cant get anyone to email back or call back. Really enjoy this brand so I’m hoping this can be resolved easily!

I ordered a few pair of the openly sweat pants and I am IN LOVE. I am a very big fan of Duvin, I can’t count how many of their shirts I own, shorts, hats, etc… but these bad boys are some of the best most comfy sweats I have ever owned!
