The website listed ‘order today for valentines delivery’ and nothing in the order was delivered by 2/14. The second of two items was not delivered until 3/31 with no communication at all

Never received item

I bought 2 Dear Daughter journals and the anniversary journal to surprise my husband with for our 17th anniversary! Ha thank goodness for facebook memories to help me fill out this treasure of a keepsake. I have poured hours in to all these sweet journals. Excited to gift them to the people I love the most! Super high quality very impressed and very affordable for something you plan on keeping forever.

I like the book a lot but I am disappointed that the box it comes in has been damaged by the shipping label. Now I need a new box to wrap to give as a gift. IT would have been nice to wrap the box it came in with the brand name on the cover. Why not cover your item in shipping paper and affix the label there. You have kind damaged your own item this way.

Happy with what I ordered. I tried to order another book with my order and kept getting the message “it couldn’t be delivered to address given”. It didn’t make sense because my one item was delivered to my address. Disappointing.

The Anniversary Journal and Vow books were an excellent choice gift for my future daughter-in-law. She has actually started writing in it and has had it only 3 days. Great product, great service/delivery. Very happy with my choice.

I recieved the wrong product and then was told a new one would be shipped. I did not receive tracking info. I also have to send the incorrect item back with a label that needs to be printed. I do not have a printer so I will have to pay for it to be printed.

Delivery of the 2 journals I ordered was quick, particularly during the holiday season, when shipping is on overload. The layout of the Duncan & Stone's journals encourages one to delve into them. They ask perfect questions about whatever subject the journal is set up for. I do think perhaps the Traveling Journal could be smaller in size. It's bulky to take traveling with you. But perfect for when you get back from your travels and write about it.
