He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and always responded in a timely manner to my many questions. The installation team was extremely professional and skilled craftsmen who expertly installed the glass shower surround. Overall I was very impressed with Dulles Glass and the sales and installation staff.

Ricky Harper at Dulles Glass was great to work with when I needed to select bypass frameless shower doors for our remodeled master bath. He was very professional and knowledgeable, annd he got me a quote within minutes. The guys who measured and installed the shower doors were very courteous and respectful of our property, and did a fabulous job. I have no reservations highly recommending Dulles Glass.

We initially contacted Ricky Harper to have glass installed around our new shower. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within an hour, we had ordered the glass, the hardware, and the installation date. About 10 days later, Daniel, with his assistant Michael, came to the house with the glass to set up our glass enclosure with an entrance door. They carried all of the glass needed, with their tools, and went right to work. They worked diligently and very professionally. Within 3 hours, the job was completed and the shower enclosure looked fantastic. Thank you very much Dulles Glass for another beautiful job!!!

We ordered a small piece of cabinet glass from Ricky. Dulles Glass had a great price and excellent quality and Ricky helped me order. Then, after a mismeasured door size, I came in person to talk to Ricky. Even though it was closing time he sat down and walked me through what we would need in a new door. He helped us find a standard sized door which was very well priced. We decided that we wanted the door a few days later. We had a time crunch so when I came to pick up the cabinet glass I asked if we could get the shower door at the same time. Ricky was off that day but Pat was able to help. He sent the order directly to supply, had me drive over and helped load the doors in my car. The shower doors and the cabinet glass are both high quality and beautiful. My husband and I both truly appreciate both the quality, reasonable price and service we received at Dulles Glass. Thank you so much to Ricky and Pat for all the help!

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT, SERVICE AGENTS ARE VERY GOOD. FIVE BATHS WITH GLASS ENCLOSURES AND ONLY ON LEAK. AS THE COMPANY HAS GROWN, PERSONAL INTERACTION HAS DECREASED AND IT IS HARDER TO DO BUSINESS WITH A HUMAN, VERY AUTOMATED AND VERY STATIC IN PRICING. I AM GLAD I WILL NOT NEED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SHOWER ENCLOSURES. REPAIRS ARE EVEN MORE IMPERSONAL. A REAL MONEY MAKER. FLAT FEE WITHOUT EVEN VISITING TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE.

Sorry, there should be more stars Lisa bowyer was terrific. She’s definitely more than an order taker. I sent a 3-D sketch of what I needed. She sent back a 3-D architectural drawing of exactly what I needed. The order came in perfect. She called me continuously during the manufacturing process to make sure I saw the progression of the job sent the tracking number it fit beautiful The company better not lose that employee.

Delivery was lightning fast and packaging ensured intact arrival. Quality exceeded expectations; thicker than anticipated with beveled edges that give it a very high-end appearance. Elevated two table tops (which were nice enough to want to protect) next level and made them look very expensive. And, price was exceptional . . . less than half of the competition. Will definitively order from this company for all future glass needs!

I can’t praise Lisa Bowyer enough she was amazing. Apparently knows her job very well. I needed a small piece of mirror 3 1/2 x 20 1/2 with bevels on two sides. I sent her a 3-D hand sketch of what I wanted. She sent me back a three view architectural drawing of exactly what I wanted. It was amazing. After two attempts to get the product from two other vendors which came in wrong. I thought my customer was gonna kill me because of the delay. Lisa worked with me every day some type of phone call or text to keep me informed after I told her how important this job was for me. I wish there were more than five stars. She deserves them all.
