I love your products and will be placing another order soon. However, after placing my order I had questions and reached out via email but never received a response. I do wish communication could be improved. Delivery was also delayed I ordered 2 things one arrived and the other one took much longer. Overall, great products, just room for improvement in communication and delivery.
