Great service

Highly disappointed, I have a lot of dryrobe products and have never had this happen. Ordered 2 seat covers and had to return them due to being too small. I chased my refund today and they have said that only the double seat cover was returned and they need to see where the single is. They were both in the same box retuned at the same time and now I’m being mad to look like I didn’t send one back. Baffling and highly disappointing as i sent them back quickly and they are taking a long time to refund me and only partially at the moment as they have misplaced the single seat cover!!
