After the bristles on my first brush started to wear (after 1. 5 years of use) I contacted Drybar to find out if service parts were available. Since they are not, they were very generous and replaced my entire Half Shot with a new one! They were easy to communicate with and very helpful!

Best blow-dryer brush I've ever owned. When I'm using it and i want to switch between the brushes I know obviously its going to be hot so I just use a towel to pull it off and they're easy to switch on and off and its sturdy. I also got it in a timely matter and the seltzer spritz hairspray is amazing
