When I was first looking into enzymes, I had multiple emails in a row to Dr. Wong where he personally responded answering each of my questions without trying to make me feel like an idiot for asking them. Later, when I had learned more about enzymes, Dr. Wong continue to answer all of my questions, and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time.
