I could literally feel the enzymes attacking areas in my body. Eg: My head/brain - After I started the next day, I had a really groggy head for most of the day, which lifted in the evening. I literally knew it was the enzymes, and the brain fog felt lifted! I could feel it affecting other parts of my body, which would randomly ache and then gradually subside. LOVE IT!!!
