I was having big irritating problems, just plain water wasn't working, a clean for my actual dryness wasn't working in fact it made it so much worse. This one application and goodbye burning, goodbye irritation, the itch didn't last more than a few hours. Thank god for this. Seriously, it's badly needed for people like me.
