Not the flavors or heartiness I anticipated. Did not keep well, even refrigerated. Became moldy quickly.

Schaefer has many GF products that I love — just wish there was more access to products that I was able to enjoy in Europe — there are so many more choices at restaurants/hotels where I ate in Italy. I just wish I had access to that variety here with an order in the United States.
