I have no issues with Drone point they delivered quickly. It’s the Dji Neo too that I’m very disappointed in the battery. Life is horrible.

Shipment was split up due to backorder on one item, but when I followed up by phone Dronepoint told me it would be shipped in a certain timeframe and the info was accurate.

Really happy with the fly more package. The hard case exceeded expectations and is really nice! Purolator was not so good. It was delayed and when it finally did arrive the drone was delivered to the home address and the case was delivered to the post office. Very strange! Having said that, when I reached out to your staff at DronePoint regarding the delivery, they were very quick to respond and help out. I’d recommend DronePoint anytime.

I have purchased 2 Enterprise drones and numerous accessories and always great customer service. My only complaint would be shipping lags. I always pay for 1 day shipping but don’t receive the products for more than a week.

This company are amazing to deal with and their customer service is first class! I purchased equipment from them at the beginning of 2025 and again at the beginning of this year (2026) and both times the process was super smooth. I actually made an error when making my purchase this year and they sorted it all out no questions and no hassles. I will, more than likely, be back again at the beginning of next year to buy more gadgets!! Keep up the great work 👏👏
