Droix.net feels kinda slow when loading the page, the customer support is great and I've preordered a GPD win max 2 2023 but its release date has been pushed away multiple time due to chip shortage i really hope my order will ship before 2024

The first purchase I made through Droix was great - the delivery was quick and the device was fantastic. The second console I bought was a far worse experience. The screen on the device broke within a week, but because it wasn’t considered a ‘manufacturing defect’ Droix were unable to help. (I’d argue that a screen that breaks with no external force on a handheld device probably is a sign of something going wrong with manufacturing, but apparently not). Not great customer service, I could have understood had I dropped it or in some way been negligent with the console, but since it seemed to happen by itself I was left out of luck and had to purchase a new screen direct from the manufacturer. Not a great experience unfortunately and has shaken my confidence in using Droix for any future purchases.

Having spent a lot of time looking around the internet for a decent mini PC I came across Droix website, they have a good selection. The price was very good with a 20% discount, the ordering process was easy, I was kept informed with emails, the delivery was very good, the packaging was very good, the selection to add more memory or upgrade the ssd was easy to work out, I used there chat function to ask a question about my delivery, I was answered very quickly. will use Droix again cant fault them

Having bought a couple of CK1s for some home lab hosts the team at DroiX have been great when I have needed support. First, some time ago, they were happy to support me with hardware questions even when I had replaced the OS with something non-standard. Recently I needed to source a replacement fan for one of the CK1s out of warranty and again the team came up great, quickly finding a spare part and getting it shipped to me. My needs are a little niche but definitely I'll be coming to DroiX first when I'm in the market for mini-PC and home lab systems.

Ordered late on a Friday and the delivery email said to expect it in the next two days. I later found out (via email) that it didn't arrive because the order was after their cut off time! It did however arrive on the Tuesday.

I highly recommend DroiX as a company. They have great communication and I will always buy from them when it comes to handheld technology

Had never shopped with Droix before, but took a leap based on other reviews - must say I'm very impressed. Order was shipped promptly and packaged well, and an issue that arose with my device's screen was fixed incredibly quickly. Will be coming back again!
