(this is confusing, do I leave the review here or in the email form???) I walk 18 every Saturday morning. After some big hills on holes 14 and 15 at my club, I'm usually gassed when I get to the 16th tee. The last two weeks I've dropped a DF-18 in my water bottle at the start of my round. The last two weeks, when I get to 16 tee, I feel noticeably stronger and ready to tackle the last 3 holes.
