Half of my starter pack was missing and though I reported this two different ways, the company has not got back to me. I could not be more disappointed with the customer service and am considering cancelling my subscription.

Still missing the scoop from my starter kit, the papers have now arrived after I messaged to say I hadn't received either in my starter kit. I can now enjoy the coffee at its best.
