I'm a regular shopper at DNYC. It's convenient, fun, and easier than going to the store. Yes, there's a slight premium because it's delivered, and that's why I don't do it all the time. That being said, it's still a blast getting a box full of awesome beer shipped to me. Feels like Christmas without all the extra fuss! Deliver is always quick, items are usually well packaged, and the customer service, when required, is top notch. The only issue I've ever had is the UPS driver not being able to get up my 700 foot driveway after a winter storm and my package was on the truck for 4 extra days. Not DNYC's fault, though. Just crappy weather and bad timing.

Fast, easy ordering. Super fast shipping (my last order came in 1 day!). My orders have always been correct (can’t say the same about other services I’ve tried). The selection is good; I wouldn’t be able to try these beers any other way. The prices are fair. Would love to see more breweries get in on this!
